There are so many cows in my life

I do the "on the knee " push-ups till the cows home.. .and the "toe" thing is so hard. I was doing well with the 100-pushup challenge, but had to stop when I travlled to India and sigh.. haven't resumed.

I run till the cows come home, but no weight loss because I don't zip my mouth.

Restarting with Leslie. The advantage of restarting is that there is so much room for improvement and it is fun to progress, right?

Thank you Sue. I think I can attain the toe push-up thing. But the second thing is just killing me. I mean.. I feel like I have been careful with my mouth, but jeeze.. I am obvioulsy shoving things . I simply cannot bring myself to journal or keep my hands out of the cookie jar. I need to work on it.
