does Pam Cauthen have new workouts?

I did my Tough Tape 2 today and was working out to the clips from Firm Strength (I think it's Firm Strength - Pam Cauthen in the library - ring any bells?). Anyway, I was thinking how much I liked Pam Cauthen's manner of instruction and was curious if she had any new DVDS/videos on the market?

I did a quick google and found that her name is now Pam Merriweather and she has, it seems, a yoga/pilates studio? I've not had a chance to look any further.

I was just wondering if anyone could list the workouts she has instructed?

I don't think she has anything since she left the FIRM.
I had the pleasure of taking a class at her yoga studio when I was in SC last month. She looks fabulous and very happy.
These are the FIRM videos I can think of that she leads.

I live in ColaTown and I still haven't been able to make it! I can't wait to go to her studio as well as Lisa Kay at Hampton Hills, Tracey at BlueFin, and Capital City Yoga. All are former Firm instructors!

I would LOVE to go to these studios. Who owns Capital City Yoga? And which Tracey is BlueFin? Where is Nancy Tucker these days?

I don't know about the Capitol City Yoga, but Tracie Long is at Blue Fin in Charleston. Nancy Tucker (and many former FIRM instructors, Stephanie, Suzanne, Dale, Christa to name a couple) are at the BodyFit Studio (http://www.bodyfitcolumbia.com/). That was the main focus of my trip to SC last month but we did a side trip to see Pam.

Thank you for the info!!! I need to go on a SC trip. I will need to convince DH that we NEED to go. Maybe I can find some kind of convention he would like and plan accordingly (sneakily rubbing hands together)
