Anyone tried Power Systems Soft Touch Medicine Ball?
Anyone own one of these - http://www.power-systems.com/p-3487-...ine-ball.aspx# ? I think Walmart sells them as well.
I'm looking for a soft, squishy medicine ball to use, similar to what Tracie Long use in her recent workouts. She said she picks hers up at sporting good stores, Walmart and the like.

I don't have this exact medicine ball, but I have a similar 5 pound one (it's yellow, I think it's by Danskin) that I picked up at TJ Maxx for less than $10. It's perfect. I have some other, heavier (6 lb, 8 lb) squishy ones that are not perfect for Tracie's workouts: They are just a little too big to rest comfortably in my hand. If you'd like, I can weigh in with the diameter of my beloved yellow med ball for comparison's sake.
