SI Joint Relief

I recently started experiencing SI joint pain which was affecting my ability to do lower body workouts. I tried a few different YouTube videos to see if I could get some relief and found it after doing this one https://youtu.be/Az1wKCmD52Q prior to my workouts for the past 4-5 days. It doesn’t seem like much but it has really helped me quite a bit.

I wanted to post it with the hope it may help someone else.

That golf club move feels great! It's interesting that some of the strengthening exercises in the second link are the same ones needed for my knees too. Thanks so much for posting

Thank you for pointing this out.

I have done something to my lower back after a very clumsy bout of burpees last month. All of these exercises in the videos I've doing for the past several weeks. Now I'm scheduling an appointment with a doctor. I know something is not right with my body. Let's hope the doctor will listen!

So I've been either doing these exercises for lower body or just upper body weights for now. It's really hard being told to just rest when so used to moving.

I've found relief from these exercises as well. I should really be doing them a few times a week just to keep everything functioning smoothly. Thanks for the reminder!

Thank you! I've been perusing many videos like this myself lately due to similar issues and also find these techniques help. SI joint stuff sucks!!! Back stuff in general sucks! I hope you continue to feel better.

Back stuff does suck. I went to the chiropractor hoping for a quick fix and ended up with bruised ribs….was unable to to much of anything for five days while my ribs healed. That’s when I started looking at You Tube videos. I was amazed at how quickly this video worked.

I hope you continue to feel better too.

How awful!!! I've had what feels like bruised ribs just from referred pain and that's bad enough. I had a terrible experience with a chiro years ago so I am always reluctant to seek that kind of treatment. Your experience just reinforced that!

I need to start doing the knee exercises too. I never had trouble with my knees until my SI joint started bothering me. It’s all connected.
