VFers on Facebook
I just searched videofitness.com on Facebook and found "VFers on Facebook". I requested to become a group member but there are only 232 members. Is this really a page affiliated with this website? I was excited, thinking I could read stuff on the FB app on my phone. Now I'm not sure if it's legit. Anyone ?

i considered friending someone from VF, but then i changed my mind. i think i want to keep my FB life separate.

I agree bzar. I wasn't looking to "friend" people specifically, just was wondering what the group thing was and if it was really affiliated with this site.

KathAL79 set it up originally, but it had very little activity, and I think it ended up being archived. The last activity was in May.
There's a newer Facebook group for VFers who want to discuss diet. I didn't join - I like to limit my time on FB - but it may be more active than the previous group.

"Beautiful Losers" is the FB group started by some VFers.
I was a member for a while, but 'unjoined' (not that interested in 'weight loss' discussion, and had other 'friends' to keep up with).
