Paine, I've really focused more and more on just trying to do something (was it Karen Jo or Margot who brought this up recently?) - once I start, I usually can go a little longer. But I don't have distractions like 2 little grandsons running around! This week I also found that I actually enjoy meal prepping when I first get home from work as a means to de-compress - and when I prep everything then, I don't have to interrupt my workout to start getting dinner ready.
Pam, wow, you have been busy! Hope your hip starts cooperating more soon. ETA - cyana, glad you are getting something from the workshop; I'll be interested to hear more. I've incorporated some of Baxter's teachings into my classes already, and my students seem to enjoy it.

Sandra, SO many people seem to be sick here! Sorry your have been suffering; hope you get both health & weather relief soon.
Garrie, are you still filming any of your workouts for Facebook? Your Barre & Upper Express sounds fun! ETA: I have to modify some of the kettlebell work in KB2 because she uses 2 kettlebells for some segments. I really love the kickboxing though! Pat, it's dreary here too; it was SO dark for the first half of my drive to work today! cyana, as always, I am impressed by your stealthy fitness despite your busy schedule. I am trying to emulate you by getting in Baxter's mini-vinis during the day. Waving to everyone; hope your Monday has minimal moans!
