I'd love to see Cathe do kettlebells!

Jessica Smith: Another step workout like the one on Burn Fat & Have Fun.

Cathe: Another P30 set. Step for the cardio, moderate weights instead of heavy, and using a band in the mobility workout.

Leisa Hart: Another Fit to the Core workout with the bar. I do realize I'm probably the only person on the planet who's asking for this...

The channel Yoga Upload has a lot of hands free practices:

A couple of years ago I contacted Kelly Coffey Meyer through her website to ask if she would ever release a stability ball workout. She responded to say no, but that there was a RAW stability workout through streaming. I do not subscribe to her streaming, so I guess I won't get to try it.

I'd love Cathe to release a LGi8 workout system.

I am a Pilates fan, but still feel the need to incorporate some moderate to heavy (for me) workouts into my weekly plans. I'd love a set where they are integrated together, not just the added core exercise at the end of a weight workout. More people have access to weights than to a reformer. I do have a book that presents some rotations, but a dvd would be terrific.

Workout Hotel released just that type of set: https://smile.amazon.com/Define-Alig...4553591&sr=8-2

Production values are not the greatest, but the workouts are very good.

What book are you referring to that has some rotations?

What do you wish (who?) would release?
I agree - this is top on my wish list. Maybe if enough of us email her and express that hope/desire, she'll do it.

I love Jessica Smith's stretching/yoga DVDs. I would love it if she would do a stretch dvd using a yoga stretch strap with loops https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...e?ie=UTF8&th=1).

Oooh!! I could totally get behind both of these!!!

I would also love it if Jessica Smith had another ball workout like the one on Burn Fat & Have Fun.
