So far today, Essentrics for an hour.
Today is my personal PT RX of 20 minutes on the stationary bike per Dr orders. Since I am at the rec center, I can fit in some weight machines. Usually I have the room to myself.

My biggest fans are the teenage staff.

Denise Austin: Kickboxing (20 mins total)

(Had a bout with gastroenteritis since Friday and still feeling some weakness all over -- this easy level kickboxing routine was all I could muster (and it exhausted me ). My body told me early on during the workout that I probably should just rest.)

Kathy Smith- 30 min. indoor walking workout
Leslie :Sansone- 30 minute boosted fitness walk

What a difference between these workouts! Kathy's was a snooze. She does a lot of arm movements while holding weights, but the pace wasn't very fast and she doesn't have much variety with the feet. Leslie's was much more intense. It appears she spliced together this walk from her Miracle Miles set and had lots of variety and added intensity. This makes me want to look into purchasing her Miracle Miles set!

had to take it easy last month due to back issues.
Did a very clumsy set of burpees that was based on speed instead of form. Ended up hurting my lower back. Been doing yin yoga for my back.

Did step Saturday and felt some improvement
Did Pahla B Aug 2 sweaty cardio
closed with some yoga for my back
