I checked out Strong & Sweaty PHA and also LITE PHA2. They look great! They both fall in line of what kind of weight work I prefer. I'm not into Cathe's super heavy weight work or her step workouts.

edensmom ~ The PHA's remind me of The Firm Super Sculpting in some ways. Cathe moves from upper to lower, which I like as well. Plus, it's not super heavy weights being used. I'm looking for those light to medium weight workouts that have been designed around the poundaged used.

Just have to say that I think ICE metabolic total body is the perfect work out. After doing it the first time, my first thought was "genius". I do like the LITE one also.
Around a year ago my back was constantly bothering me, but would feel so much better every time I did ICE metabolic.
