i shared some info about training one side of the body benefitting the other in this thread:
http://forum.videofitness.com/showthread.php?t=230325 if you tried this out, it seems that working your good leg could benefit the weaker one. you might not be able to do standing moves with this concept because then you'd be standing on the weaker leg to work the stronger leg. however you could apply it to seated moves, or even floor work. you could hang from a pullup bar and work either leg (leg lifts, for example). sitting on a chair, you could put a figure 8 or circle resistance band around your ankles and move your legs outward. you could also put a ball between your knees and push inward.
