I like her well enough and might try one of her weight workouts. I think doing Body Project and Body Groove have me spoiled, as I'm really enjoying both.
She is very chatty. Idk that I would've liked her before all this social isolation -- lol -- but I'm finding her friendly chatting nice.

Also, her walking workouts are dull. Seriously dull. I didn't care for Day 1 when I did it.

Y'all feel free to chime in with reviews or share which is your fave PahlaB workout!

On Friday, I did this Cardio Arm workout. I don't know that I loved it...but I had crazy triceps DOMS from it. Whew!

I agree about her walking workouts. They work for me if I use my bike or treadmill and listen to the audio - but marching in place - boring and also hurts my back/hips. I don't mind the walking workouts that she does as circuits, though, those are better!

I like the Hot 100 workouts - very good to do if short on time.

Thanks for reminding me about Pahla. I subscribed some time ago but haven't been doing anything. I'm checking her YouTube site now.

Just did one of her beginner running workouts. I think I'm going to like these.

I discovered Pahla when I was struggling with plantar fasciitis and needed no impact cardio. I love that her workouts are well organized so even though there are so many you can find what you're looking for. My issue is that all the arm movements, which are necessary for getting the heart rate up when you're not moving your legs much, tend to upset my shoulders after a while.

As a one-time (hopefully again someday) runner, I like hearing her thoughts on running, especially now that she does ultra marathons and is very honest about how hard they are. Her podcast is pretty good and the Killer B FB group is very friendly. She is quite active there.

I strung together 3 of her short workouts today (2 upper body and 1 lower body). I enjoyed them!

I do her workouts on occasion. She is rather chatty, but it's easy to mute her and follow. What I like about her workouts are the variety of movements and that she gives a description of the workout below the video. I've only done her cardio. I plan to do this one later today. It's all standing, 40 seconds on, 10 seconds rest.

Knee Friendly Cardio HIIT, 40 Minute LOW IMPACT Workout

I'm glad I found it! Agatha, her cat is fun to watch when she seems to be eating the plant.

I've decided that I don't care much for Paula's arm workouts. She works the shoulders a bit more than I care for. (In ways I don't care for.)

Oh well. *sigh*
