I'm glad others enjoy her videos!

I think the thing I like most is I can do something from her channel every day. With many workouts, I feel like I have to plan a rotation and balance everything. (Do I work lower body or upper? Does balance count as lower body?)

With Pahla B., the workouts are gentle enough that I can just pick something slightly different than the day before -- but most seem to hit abs and balance and have a cardio effect. Nothing so strenuous that I'm out of commission the next day.

I tried her workouts a few years back and wasn’t sure how I felt about them. I don’t remember what changed but I went back during her Hot 100 series. I’ve been hooked ever since ! I feel the same way - there’s something to do every day. I really enjoyed her January 2020 series. She’s been a lifesaver lately too. She seriously brightens my day! Now I’m off to do a Pahla B workout!

Inspired by this thread - I did one of Pahla's cardio workouts today (weight loss cardio for women over 50). It was really just what i needed today - not too hard, but not too easy and a lot of friendly and informative encouragement from Pahla. What she said about working out "at this age" (Pahla and i are close in age - in fact, I think her b'day is close to mine, too based on a video of hers I did once...). Definitely food for thought.

She does stress moderate workouts, however, I believe she herself says is a runner and still runs longs distances.

Yes - she is a runner and has done a number of marathons...I think she may still be doing that...but not sure....

I like Pahla. I rarely stray from Jessica Smith, but when I do, it's Pahla. The chattiness bothered me at first, but not once I got used to it.

I did one of her weight workouts yesterday, and today I did her newest rebounding workout I am a big fan of Pahla B's

I do a lot of Pahla B. workouts. She can sometimes be a little too giggly for me.

Her walking / running videos tend to just be marching in place, so I'm going to try those outside or on a treadmill next.

She has great variety.

Sheila - I have done Pahla's walking workouts on the treadmill or recumbent bike - works well there!

I tried to do the first of her Weight Loss Over 50 workouts (the walking one) and had to Joni-O it after 10 minutes due to her incessant chatter. I even put her on mute and followed along, but all she did was walk and talk (no arm movements, no side steps, etc.).

I like her well enough and might try one of her weight workouts. I think doing Body Project and Body Groove have me spoiled, as I'm really enjoying both.
