I had the Katami bar. It was not fun. It was awkward and clumsy. I think I did the workouts, which were good core workouts with lots of twists-without the bar and liked it a lot better than with the bar. jmho. I wonder if it is in the garage!

Yes, me too! I thought it looked like fun and effective too. Not sure of the price though.

It reminds me of Leisa Hart's Fit to the Core workouts. They're...kind of weird and don't really flow all that well, but I still do them occasionally.

Hmmm... I don't know what to think of the corebar. If you want to work your core while standing, why not just put on weighted gloves and do some kickboxing? Am I missing something?

I don't think there is anything to miss. I think sometimes gadgets are just fun and add variety.
