Combining the two I actually had a very good workout.

I hate it when she says that after EVERY demo in 21DF and 21DFX, but I can tune it out because I enjoy the workouts.

So, I'm guessing these are exercises we can find in a Cathe or KCM workout. And, the advantage with Cathe and Kelly are the premixes included on their DVDs.

jusca, that's a good assessment of Autumn.

Patti, I was thinking the same thing with Autumn being a bit like Jillian (trying to act tough.) She does shout a little bit.

twinkletoes, also the "yeah" thing and trying to act cool and hip.

That's it for me too. And someone said she was a lighter version of Jillian. Well I hate Jillian. Tried several workouts with her and hated each and everyone with her in it. So someone even a watered down version, bugs me.

I think I'll pass and hope and pray for Body Beast 2 with Sagi and maybe have a few ladies in the cast.

I would love to get a description of the whole line up. It almost felt that the Hammer workout was like a quick workout to sneak into your day. There could still be splits. Also not clear if this will be sold as a mega package ( like each of them having 8 separate workouts) or if you alternate between the 2 trainers???

Any idea when this is supposed to be released to the public? Or, sold through Beachbody coaches?
