Do yo need any equipment or is it all body weight? I need another Insanity type set with no equipment requirements...

Try Ruthless. It's all body weight and Insanity like.
You get 20 twenty min. workoouts on 10 DVDs for $25.
It's cheaper to puchase at Walmart.

I am just about to start weeks 7 and 8 of Bodyshred. I do feel stronger and have some more endurance but no real weight loss yet (BUT I didn't eat as healthy as I should have and also took too many breaks during the workout).

I'm going to finish the rotation and actually then repeat weeks 7 + 8 (maybe alternating with weeks 5 + 6) 1-2 x a week for hopefully a lot longer so I can keep it in my rotation but make more room for barre, kundalini Raviana, Ballet Beautiful.

I did the first Bodyshred workout this morning. I have tried Jillian before and wasn't a big fan so I was a little worried about this set. I did like the 3,2,1 format and the good reviews so I took the plunge. I have to say that I loved it. I have only done Launch workout 1 so things could change but Jillian seemed great in this one. She was encouraging but not over the top. I had read that they were super hard and was a little worried about that too but I did fine. I did follow the modifier on the pushups but I did everything else with Jillian. The workout went so fast and it was over before I knew it. I am hoping the other workouts are as great as this first one. I am surprised I am saying this but I might actually like this workout better than Insanity Max 30, which I love, but worry about not enough strength training. So far I am a fan.

I am about to start on week three and a new set of workouts. So far I am really enjoying these workouts. I think because it is different and I feel like I get a good workout with each one. I do like that it changes every two weeks. As of right now, I think I am keeping this one. My only issue/complaint is I don't feel I get enough with the weights and some of moves I can't go up in weight and keep good form.
