I've wanted a pull up bar for a long time. 10 Minute Torchers is definitely along the same Delta Fit lines, but it's nice to pick and choose 10 minute sections and make your workout any length you want. I put up a pretty thorough review in the Reviews section, if you're interested. From my previews of the 2 Bodyweight Burner sets (Cardio and Muscle), they are still classic BJ Gaddour. To get the most out of the Muscle set, you'd probably want some way to do inverted rows and pull-ups. I think the earliest set is Heartbreak Hotel? I don't have it, but it's workouts you can do in a hotel room while traveling. Eventually I am going to have to sign up for his streaming workout service Streamfit. I am such a dvd lover, but it might be fun to do a month of Streamfit sometime. I am pretty sure all his Men's Health dvds are available to subscribers of Streamfit. https://www.streamfit.com/ |
