Does anyone still do Quick Fix Total Cardio Kick

I did sections of this workout this week as add ons. I love the fact that it's basic choreography. I would like to see this workout remade. Instead of the sections being 10 minutes, they could make them 15 minutes. Also, there could be more sections with a mix and match feature and no warm up/cool down on each section.

Is it possible to do 10 minute solution DVDs like that? With only one warm up and cool down (like KCM's 30 minutes to fitness dvds)??

I still do this one & like it! I make it into a 50-minute workout by doing all 4 sections (incl the bonus one), then I go back & do the UB section again. I even like the brightly-colored outfits (DH calls them "the bee girls" in one segment, ha!).

I agree that it would be nice to have a pre-mix option & have the warm up & cool down be separate (& maybe a little more extensive).

Yes, the yellow and black outfits make them the "bee girls". I like the brightly-colored outfits, too.

I think the 10 Min Sol workouts have warm up and cool downs on each section, too. I'm not for sure, though.

I think you are right - that's why I am hesitant about them.

I haven't done this one in a long time, but it is one of my faves.

This is the only quick fix dvd that I kept. I think I had most of them at one point.

Yes, they do. I would love it if 10MS started producing workouts with a separate warm-up and cool-down/stretch. That would make the DVDs far more versatile and useful.
