Skip the exercising, just take a hot bath!
This week I have seen a few articles referencing this study:

It was too long!) "Can’t face running? Have a hot bath or a sauna – research shows they offer some similar benefits" https://theconversation.com/cant-fac...enefits-158552 That will be good news the those who hate exercising! Just hop into a hot bath or sauna!

Some countries do the "hot sauna, cold dunk" thing.
Is Cold-Shocking Your Body After a Sauna a Good Idea? https://health.howstuffworks.com/wel...body-shock.htm I have had the opportunity to try that. But I didn't. I'm not much for the cold part.
