Is there another workout like KCM's Cardio Blast?

how about petra's new step workout. I don't have it but isn't it suppose to be a basic step workout? maybe someone who has it can chime in. I think Kari also has a simple step workout can't remember the name but it has a 30 min. h/l and 30 min. step if I recall correctly.

I hope Petra's new workout isn't basic, because I ordered it and Collage lists it as "moderate" in choreography.

I think the Kari workout you are thinking of is named, "Go".

yes thanks diane that's it sorry didn't realize the petra one was moderate for some reason I thought she had a step workout that was just basic.
