Today I did the 45-Minute HIIT No Repeats Cardio Workout that was for today. Tomorrow is a rest day.

Diana, the booster is available here. My vaccine is still good at this point, though, as I got it later.

Cynthia, let us know what happens!

Linda, with all of that snow coming, it's good that you're stocked up on potatoes and pasta. I'm glad you can have seasonings at least!

Test results are supposed to be available in 2 days, but it might take longer due to the large number of tests. I'll post my result as soon as I get it.

Hi all, I finished the second week of the barre 3 challenge. Friday was a yoga flow, which was pleasant. Saturday was a 10 minute upper body -- I added on a short yoga stretch. We also walked in the snow as a family (DS is still here and will be here at least through Jan, maybe longer). We got about 3 inches, which was very pretty and just about the right amount. Looks nice, didn't pile up much on the streets and will go away shortly and not cause any power outages. So we enjoyed the walk, though it was cold. Today was the day for just a stretch class, but I also added on a regular 30 minute one. I am not doing my normal yin in person yoga class, which I do on Sundays, as Omicron is too prevalent here. I will wait out the surge and get back after it goes down. I think it will be a quick up and down. I know it's not that virulent (as my mom did fine getting it), but just want to avoid it. DH got tested Friday, but needs to wait for results. Classes start Tuesday, but I am off teaching for the semester, so can stay home. DH not, so he is going to need to test and will be exposed to lots of students. Our school is going in person until the hospitals fill up, at least that seems to be their strategy.

Diana, DS and I are interested to see AR next week. They will be starting up after 11 months delay due to Covid (on the race) and apparently 2 teams didn't come back and were replaced so we are wanting to know if they replaced with the 2 teams that were eliminated or teams from past years. Now DS is really into the race.

Cheryl, that move with the arm overhead sounds hard. Good you modified.

Linda, hope you are ok in the storm. Looked like you were in for a lot of snow.

Cynthia, hoping for negative results. Is the spa staycation over? Did you get the new roller?

Staycation over, now I'm just staying home. Still no results. Still hoping it's just a cold. No energy, no exercise. Sleeping a lot but no other symptoms. New roller is supposed to be delivered on Tuesday.

HI Everyone!

Lynn It's really great when people can sit and enjoy the same program. I got home from church tonight and we turned the channel on that usually has the show I have been watching (Everybody Loves Raymond) and it was on. DH's game was coming on but we kept watching my show because he enjoys it too. This is really nice for us because we haven't been able to enjoy much TV together due to work. I might check back into the AR. I didn't watch last week. I need to ask my friend if she did.

Check-In: 45 minute walk (we were suppose to have 100% rain, high wind, and cold. The sun came out and it cleared up but we still had wind) It has since started to rain again.)

Have a Blessed evening!

Today I did Sculpted Back and Biceps Workout.

I also made these meatballs, which can be turkey or veggie (I did not have those options here so made beef) and shockingly DD loves them. They have zucchini, carrots, and onions in them, so normally she would not want any little pieces of zucchini or onions especially. I had them over mixed greens for my post-workout breakfast; I know, odd. But it worked and they were satisfying.

Diana, it's nice that you and your DH have a show that you both enjoy, and that he chose it over sports!

Lynn, it does sound like the perfect amount of snow. I love the fresh smell and the crunching under the feet.

Cynthia, praying for a negative result!

I'm starting to feel better. No result yet. I complained to the testing company's customer service. They replied that they're so overwhelmed with tests that the time frame is now 5 to 7 days. Will let you know.
