I found this helpful with some good ideas for beginners to rebounding.

The only caveat is that I wouldn't recommend the type of spins she demos at the end. They were a bit sloppy. Form is super important when turning on the rebounder to avoid knee or ankle issues.

The best one is to not overdo it. The body needs time to get used to anything new.
