I get three free months of their streaming service. I haven't checked it out yet.

I often wear non slip socks.

I have a subscription to Bellicon's streaming service & really like it. It has lots of variety, everything from beginner to advanced levels and varying lengths.

Have fun!

I might try some socks. I then did some bouncing with my somewhat minimal strength training shoes and felt more comfortable.

I figure no shoes for health-bouncing and wear shoes for cardio.

I was surprised at the videos that came with the Bellicon. There is no "beginner" workout with all the form pointers a newbie would need. I have to give props to JB Berns. He had a "Basics" workout for newbies.

I found some good videos on YouTube. Also, I get three free months of their streaming service. I haven't checked it out yet.

Congratulations!

What a wonderful DH!! Happy anniversary!! I used to have an Urban Rebounder. Now, I have a Bellicon and I love it!! My daughter gave my UR to a dance studio since she was using it for little ones' tumbling classes.

Thanks, Helen!

Sadly, I can't take advantage of the trial Bellicon Home subscription. Our satellite internet is way too slow. I can't stream much other than radio or audio-books. With Amazon Prime or Beachbody on Demand, I can download videos into the app for later viewing. I don't think Bellicon has that kind of setup. Too bad, because they have some great sounding titles.

I have found some good videos on YouTube, plus I ordered a few videos.

There are German Bellicon videos that are in 720HD and well produced.

You don't need to speak German to follow along. Ein, zwei, drei!

Thanks for the replies! I bought a 44" Bellicon Plus, screw-in legs with the t-bar. I figured the Strong bungees would be good. They said you can change the bungees if the strength is wrong. Green bungees, orange circle.
Alta - Have you tried any of Leslie Sansone's workouts on your new Bellicon?

Thanks!

Re-Post

I have the 44" with the removable T-bar. The bungees are "Strong." At my weight, I could have gone "Medium" but I wanted a firmer bounce and maybe the DH might use it.

I asked my DH (who knows everything ) whether to get the folding or screw-in legs. He said to get the screw-in. He then followed that advice with some technical terms and I forget the gist. He was buying, so I said fine.

Donna, just for YOU I did a Leslie video.

I did her "Walk & Jog." I did some moves on the floor and some on the Bellicon. Most of the moves can be translated. I wouldn't go smaller than 44". If I am too lazy to remove the T-bar, I can just turn to the side to do kicks. Otherwise, it's not in the way. I find it handy for getting on and off of the Bellicon.

I got the Bellicon because I am sick of Leslie. (Love her, but burned out.)

Bellicon Home

So, I contacted Bellicon Home about my streaming woes. I asked about the size of the videos. Are they huge files? I asked if there was an option to stream at a lower quality. I asked if there would ever be a Bellicon app like the Amazon or Beachbody on Demand, where I can download the videos to watch later.

I received a reply that simply told me to buy their new DVD. I just spent an arm and a leg on a new Bellicon and all they can say is, "Buy our DVD."

Gee, thanks for not addressing ANY of my questions.

Thanks for nothing!

Curious is Bellicon favored over Jumpsport trampolines? I am in the market for one but want to get what ever is best!
