Smile DH bought me a Bellicon for our anniversary.

We ordered the Bellicon yesterday and have no idea when it will get here. The anniversary is in a few months, but what VFer can wait?

I had an Urban Rebounder years ago and got tired of the squeaking so I sent it off to the The Salvation Army along with a bunch of rebounding videos. Luckily, there are some rebounding videos on YouTube. Plus, I got three months of the Bellicon steaming workouts included. (Our internet is whacked, so I don't know how well that will work.)

I'm excited to start rebounding again!

So, if anyone has any tips, hints or advice about getting started with my new Bellicon, all advice is appreciated.

I love my Bellicon! One of the best fitness purchases I have ever made. Most of the time I just do "freebounding" moves while listening to music. I have to give Lannette credit for the term Freebounding

My advice is ENJOY!

Congratulations on your new Bellicon Alta! Now please tell us what size and bungee color and strength. A new Bellicon is a little like a new baby, folks like to know the stats.

Just enjoy it!

The thing I like most about my Bellicon is that it's so low maintenance.

When I got my first rebounder (a YogFlex), I had trouble with my balance. I guess it was just because my body had forgotten how to cope with the unstable surface? The Bellicon had its own learning curve for me, but now it's no problem for me. Just be careful, and enjoy.

That is fantastic! I have an UR rebounder, and I hear you about the squeaking. Saving up money for a Bellicon!

Rebounding is becoming my favorite cardio. And its a great cooldown from heavy lifting. A few mins after a lifting session and I feel so much better.

His is my good guy! I'm hoping he will use it too.

Thanks for the replies! I bought a 44" Bellicon Plus, screw-in legs with the t-bar. I figured the Strong bungees would be good. They said you can change the bungees if the strength is wrong. Green bungees, orange circle.
