The Boot Camp one makes great use of the tower. I have the old "Turbo Tower" which looks about the same. (I think it was only $99 way back when.)

It looks like Cathe has skipped having a modifier in these. (Not that the modifying worked that well in other recent workouts.)

ETA: I watched clips of all the workouts and decided to pre-order. (I haven't pre-ordered a Cathe set since the Pyramids!!!)

What is the difference between the old and new tower?

Any update on how long are the workouts? FAQ only states that until they're filmed and edited they won't know how long they will be. Of course, if there are pre-mixes, then I can make them any length I want.

Downloads: do I need any special platform to download these or can I download the workouts directly to my laptop?

I don't have FitTower and have no plans to buy one, but I do have Fluidity barre. I should be able to do these workouts with my Fluidity, right?

Why do I want these workouts?? I haven't bought and wasn't even tempted to buy any Cathes in years, but I want these!

On the YouTube posts, if you click on the DVD info it gives times and pre-mixes.

Besides the new one being twice the price?

I can only go by the photos. The first is the old Altus "Turbo Tower" (which is the one I have). The other is the new "Fit Tower." The new Cathe one apparently has numbers on the holes.

Is there any other Cathe similar to ICE Metabolic Total Body? I love what I see with the 4-limb feel.
