Popping in!

Jackie, I thought you were looking slimmer on your teaching page! What hour-long routines do you think have been most helpful to you? I just did an oldie today, Athletes Intense Stretch.

Beth, I really like those older ones. I really feel it when I do those. ETA: Your comment made me check-out Jackie's website. Jackie, you are looking awesome! Slender, healthy, and just plain fit! You are my new hero.

On another note, I wanted to clarify a point. Is the term Health Challenge just an updated name for Bootcamp? The two are really the same thing?

Hi ladies....

T----Class of 2012 is chaptered "standing", "floor", and "barre". Totally understand---a lot of times I do my long workouts on the weekend.

Beth---I did a PCW 1 aka Sarah's Total Body Toning at least twice a week since last October...sometimes more as I practiced quite a bit. That was the routine for exam 1.

So I'm teaching Essentrics classes 3X/week starting next week. I'll have my hour long workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday morning. I still walk daily (with my dog...well, she walks me). Today I'm beat and will do a CS episode.

Aw, thanks T. (blush). We were cross posting.

I think that rotation was referring to the name of that season...wasn't it "the health series"? I can't remember.

Thanks Jackie! I was thinking about trying to get Sahra Total Body Toning-- how do you think that compares to her Barre workout?

I full body toning. Head & shoulders better than the barre workout

I think TBT is more balanced than Sahra's Barre. It's a strenuous workout....love the windmills and plies. If you like floor work, a good segment of that, too.

Thanks, Jackie and Sue! I like Sahra's Barre Workout, although it feels pretty similar to Strength & Stretch in Motion, which I probably like a bit better.

OOh, TBT was one I was interested in, as well. The comment about good floor toning in TBT did me in. Now I KNOW I'll have to get this one down the road.

The first time or two I completed Barre (a LONG time ago), I was sort Meh. I really liked it when I did it this past week, though.

I'll give myself some time to see if this is a rotation I want to stick with for a while. If so, I will give myself "permission" to acquire some more of these gems.
