Rediscovering Tracey Staehle

I pulled out her two bootcamp workouts this week and really enjoyed them.

It doesn't look like she is making anymore workouts. I went on her Facebook page and saw that she taught a free Barre Fusion class at an Athleta last month. Bummer I didn't see it sooner, the mall is less than 40 minutes from my house!

Think I will go through the rest of the workouts on those two dvds and pull out her Cardio Kickboxing Challenge.

TA Arms questions

So now that I'am going to do TA arms in my next rotation,a couple of questions for those who do.
I notice there are alot of different ones avail on you tube,do you think their as good as the unweighted original? I would like to change things up sometimes.
How many times a week did you add them in?
And did you do the weight one also?

I really like Tracey Staehle! I wish she would do more workouts. It seemed like nearly everyone liked the last two she did, and then she just disappeared.

I went through many of her workouts years ago and ended up keeping her hi/lo med ball workout (which really isn't a med ball workout, but a really fun hi/lo workout).

I have all her workouts, except for the yoga, first kickboxing (horrible editing, which was just too distracting!), step sweatfest (first routine was boring, second routine way too hard to catch on), and prenatal. I haven't done any of her workouts in awhile, but remember really liking the hi/lo med ball, steady state step, and one of the workouts from circuit zone a lot. Oh, and both of her metabolic workouts were absolute winners!

The Parts and Circuit Zone are all weights. I have not tried Sculpt Sweatfest, but I believe that one is all weights as well.

I don't have all of her workouts, but I really enjoy the ones I have, and Cardio Kickboxing Challenge is one of my favorite KB workout, is just a lot of fun and a total Sweatfest!
