Sounds like a good combo--I'll have to try that!

I rarely take rest days unless I'm sick or on vacation. If I'm super stiff I do an episode like "stress" or "pain relief". I walk year round...even in the winter...and also ski.
I'm teaching 3X/week M/W/Sat so the opposite days I either try to learn a new routine, or do all standing CS episodes. Sunday I'll probably do a longer workout...I've been wanting to do Class of 2012 so maybe that will be my workout. This fall it looks like I will be teaching every day except Friday. We're adding a Sunday afternoon lineup for the people who need a break from football (me ). I'm thinking it would be in my best interest to do a version of "Aging Backwards"....but call it "Release and Restore". I love to combine a nice, balanced standing episode that includes arms with a split episode (standing and floor or barre). Sahra's Strength in Motion Standing paired with Abs/Core is fun, too.
