Same here. So far, I've only had happy experiences selling on Amazon.

You can sell without these things as long as you indicate it. I've sold Cathe LIS DVDs, e.g., without the case and artwork, because none exists. I've also sold games without manuals.

I didn't know you could sell dvds on Amazon without the original cases and artwork-thanks! I always save mine.

I stick to Amazon and eBay because I'm most familiar with them. Neither are always the best for getting a lot of money but I figure everything helps and there's not much else I could do with items just taking up space.

Barnes & Noble has a used section on their site but I don't know if these are stores or personal sellers. There's also alibris.
