Suzanne Bowen's first BarreAmped workout (she's dressed in pink) is good. Jessica Smith also has alot of barre workouts on youtube.

I just remembered that Suzanne Bowen's BarreAmped is included with Amazon Prime as streaming if you are a member and want to try it out:

Burn at the Barre Beginners is very doable. They have an intermediate and advanced dvd as well.

These are great suggestions, plus I have 2 more. Element: Barre Conditioning with Sadie Lincoln has 2 30-min barre workouts in a beautiful setting. And Prevention's Love Your Lower Body set (also with Sadie Lincoln) has a 30-minute DVD called Total Body Blast. These, plus Flat Belly Barre and Standing Slim are my favorite barre routines and they are all moderate intensity.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions, I really appreciate it!

I’ve watched samplers of all of them, and aside from the original Squeeze, which I have at home, I think the one that appeals to me most is Barre Amped, because of the style and the fact that the segments can be done on their own or combined. Her Prevention video looks good, too.

I’m also considering doing the Barre3 trial, though $30 is more than I’d like to spend monthly, considering that my Chronic Fatigue makes any possible workout schedule fairly unpredictable, and I’d hate for it to go to waste.

Thanks again
