When you actually pick the perfect workout for the day.

Like many others lately, my energy and motivation are low. I felt like doing NOTHING yesterday. I stared at my collection for a while and saw Tony Horton's Power Half Hour (2004). I did the arm (Arm Burner) workout and I enjoyed it.

YES!!! The perfect workout can really make your day better. The wrong one sets a foul mood. I always feel so much better when my workout is exactly what I didn't know I needed. I did Cathe "Cardio Supersets" and it was just what my mind and body craved.

This why I love having my own stash of DVDs, audio downloads, podcasts (Eoin Finn's Blissology goodies) and YouTube playlists. I can just wake up in the morning and figure out what I feel like doing and it's almost always just what I needed

I have not been picking them. Lauren Brooks has!

I am doing her 21 day challenge. They are daily 10 min workouts. (plus warm-up and cool down added on my own)

I am actually very happy...those kb endorphins! She has some mobility moves, too. Getting back to what I love...KB and being consistent have made me very happy.

And, on those days where I have little energy, I tell myself it's just 10 min. and it has been working!
