Tonda has done a rotation with these workouts infused with other workouts.

To add: the rotations Tonda created are featured in the 2016 Fitness Favorites calendar (which is 12 months of pure gold!). Since the KB/FP compilations are interspersed with original FitPrimes and FIRM videos, it is difficult to isolate just the compilations into a rotation. My initial suggestion is for you to use each set as is, Day to day. I did that when I first received these and it was very fresh!

I love those parts workouts. That was one of my best purchases ever. I did them last summer with Classical Stretch and Essentrics workouts and walking and plan to do that rotation again.

Thought I'd ask this question again, since the subject came up I have 4 Day 4 Way Quickie, 6 Day Trainer 6 Day Slam, and the Killer Weights Killer Cardio. Do I really need 4 Day 4 Way Mini Fusion? One VFer said that from preview 6 day trainer and 4 day quickie looked to be basically the same workout. I know that the footage from warm ups and cool downs are repeated, but do the different arrangements really make 4 Day 4 Way stand out? Thanks!

What did your rotation look like? If you don't mind sharing.

Nothing formal. The Classical Stretch episodes are only 22 minutes and the parts are less than 15 so I could tack on the parts after CS (or before if you prefer) and still have a quick workout. I alternated between the "Quickies" and the "Fusions". One week Quickies, next week Fusions and gradually increased the weights I was using.

I really love CS but need a little more weight training, especially arms and the KB/FP set is perfect for add-ons.

The Fusion workouts are not necessarily 'limited' to the parts in the Chapter title. I don't stress over what gets worked on what days or if I happen to do biceps curls or push-ups two days in a row. There are allot of workout options using these with a CS season. No boredom. No dread.
