Hi, I'm currently doing yoga daily, which is helping with stress levels etc.
However, over the past few years I have developed the dreaded
menopot- I'm pretty slim elsewhere but this is very noticeable. I look pregnant. (I have no ob- gyn problems.)
My yoga is non-negotiable so I'd like suggestions for a 30 minute add-on, please.
- Intermediate/Int-Adv exerciser.
- No high impact, but anything else considered.
- Can't really go over 30 minutes.
- Mainly, I can't decide whether to add cardio on or strength.....opinions differ

I am totally open-minded so anything you would suggest would be good.
