Good morning and Happy Moan Day. I hope those who celebrate had a happy Mother's Day.

My yesterday featured:

~ Lee Holden 30 Day Challenge - Day 8
~ A Kassandra restorative yin
~ GYM for 20/20/20 recumbent/elliptical/recumbent
~ 5,327 steps

Thank you so much for the birthday wishes.

We wanted to take advantage of the beautiful day and get some outdoor activity, with one exception - the unbelievable wind! I was trying to hang towels out on the line and the wind was wrapping them around me and the gusts were pushing me backward.
