Yesterday, for my first official workout on my new spin bike, I chose VA Alberta Bike, and I had the time of my life! The music was better than average, the instructions were clear, and the coaching was motivating without being over the top. It was almost 55 minutes from warm up to cool down. Can't wait for the new Bikes!

I have a lot of them and I don't think any beat the Northern Italy Hike or Run DVDs. I probably do these the most, returning to them again and again! They have a nice balance of country, city, water, and people views. I never tire of them, and wonder how VA will top what they've already done. HI sounds awesome, and looking forward to that release! South America, I don't know, but it won't stop me from getting that series, too!

I use the run workouts and I tend to prefer the city ones to the country. My favorites are Northern Italy, Germany and Sydney. I really looking forward to the France release when it comes out. I actually trained online with Johnny Pearman (the guy in the videos) for a while. He's a nice guy and sent me custom workouts.

Ooh thanks for sharing this. I am so buying a hiking Pacific Northwest one next payday and will use it on my new treadmill.
I'll feel like I'm home again. Cindy

I have several of the hikes. I pop them in my DVD player and walk/bounce/jog along on my rebounder. I prefer them unguided, with natural ambient sounds so I feel like I'm really there, experiencing that beauty.
The Northern Italy hike is my favorite too, probably because it is one of my favorite places to be!
