I've had this DVD and her booty barre DVD in my cart at totalfitness for awhile now. Might be time to pull the trigger. It looks great. I've been doing so much barre lately, I've neglected pilates which I was doing a lot before the barre bug hit. Now I'll have both

does anyone have that ball she is using if so where is the cheapest place to get one? this workout looks very interesting and i would definitely love to try it (with the ball of course) LOL

The ball looked to me like the fitball from Barre3, which is just like the one from the 10 Minute Solutions Pilates Sculpt kit.

I like this. A lot. Another use for my Firm inflatable ball is a nice bonus.

Liz, I think a Bender ball would work fine from the clips I've seen.

I use my Bender Ball with her ball workout on Pilatesanytime.com and it works fine.
