warmup - Checkout Workout - cardio intervals (was gonna do the whole workout but decided against it)

workout - 30 minute recumbent bike (my heart can take it but my behind got numb and my legs were jelly)

cooldown - CW CI

so today, did a hilly walk with DH, then i did the entire DVD for Yoga Zone's Yoga for a Strong and Healthy Back.
