I don't know, there's not much to say about it...
She mentions something about having that "afterburn" where you're "burning calories well after the workout" once in the morning and then at night, that's about it. I can imagine if I worked out again at night I'd burn that many more calories and spend less time snacking.
As you know, you get one Jillian style strength workout and one cardio workout - stack them, alternate them on different days, do them as suggested, there's no magic behind these.
