The one I'm doing!
Just kidding! There are some I love and some I REALLY love. There are still so many I haven't tried so the jury is out on many others. I don't like complicated step or choreography though and I modify all of these to suit me and my body.
- My favorite split set is Xtrain. So versatile and fun.
- Favorite full body strength: Muscle Max.
- Upper body: I love Strong and sweaty Ramped up upper body
- Lower body I love butts and guts
- For Kickbox: I love CTX kickbox
- For step: I love her classics Volume 1
- For stretch: Total body stretching
- For mobility: Perfect 30
But there are others that I love only ever so slightly less, lol!
