I did Allison’s new 60 minute one. I notice they don’t specifically count reps, it seems to be more time based. I loved it and felt pleasantly worked.

I was fully intending to pass on this.....but now I’m feeling tempted....
I did the free 30 min workout with Andrew on their webpage and really enjoyed it. There was, as a good friend of mine would say, some “foo foo din din” new age speak, but it didn’t bother me. I felt his instruction and attention to form was excellent, and having a modifier is a nice touch.

So for those who subscribe already, is this one a good example of the workouts in general?

I keep circling back around to this, lol. I'm 99% sure that I'd not use it...but the draw of it! Sucks me back in.

I'll probably try out some B3 workouts on YouTube to see how it feels.

I had the basic membership last year and really liked the short workouts a lot! I'm trying to decide if I will make enough use out of it...

Yeah, pretty sure I'll cave.

The link below is to their Facebook page (I don't think you need a Facebook account to view them) where they post ~30 second previews of their newest workouts. Click on ALL VIDEOS if you're viewing on your phone or scroll down a bit on the desktop site to ALL VIDEOS.

I have been a subscriber for a couple of years. I havent used mine much this past year bcs I purchased a hydrow and have been doing that almost exclusively. My b3 membership is about to expire and this is such a great price so I will probably cave. FOMO is real.

Oh No! I caved! I did a workout this morning with Christa Joy and Dustin. I really enjoyed it especially because it was a nice change of pace from some of the more taxing workouts I have been doing.
