You can also look under "Bio" workouts which are pretty much the same deal - a lot of instructors with varying quality.
Caroline Girvan is different from Caroline Jordan. Caroline Girvan is definitely not done in a chair.

The you tube channel "Yoga with Bird" has a challenge for inflexible people. The channel "Flow with Adee" has a thirty day yoga beginner challenge. Yoga with Adriene has one also. I also love the channel "Yoga Upload." The channel "Yoga TX" has many beginner practices.

Smile Thanks!

Thanks so much for your guidance. I'm looking for alternatives to my Cathes and Kellys since I broke my ankle this spring

Since my balance was also affected by my injury I'm glad to see that some of the yoga workouts help work balance as well as flexibility.

One Cathe workout I am looking forward to is her 30 minute flexibility and mobility. My attention deficit disorder keeps me from workouts over 30 minutes

PopSugar has a lot of material, including from established video instructors like Jeanette Jenkins.

I really enjoy Body Project! They have lots of low impact workouts that are fun to do. Heather Robertson has a lot of great workouts.

My favorite is Jessica Smith. I also like HASFit's beginner workouts.

I was doing a search, and found Fitness with PJ. She seems to have workouts targeted for women over 40. I'm going to try a weight workout this morning.
