I am not doing KB's right now (will again).. but I like to do rebounding and long power walks with the dog. … and some stretching.

+1 or +2 on the brisk walking and yoga ideas. If I had more time and only did kettlebells for strength training, that's what I would opt for. Given my time constraints, some days I end up opting for upper or lower body splits with old fashioned weight training using dumbbells since it's efficient (and if lower body is involved, there's some cardio effect). I mix it up based on what I've done over the last day or two to avoid strain on my muscles and joints and to encourage fun and variation!

kbell-pilates-kbell-barre-kbell-pilates-rest - repeat

I alctually like this setup. Kbell for an hour counts as hard day the orhers are easy day. I like very much hard-easy-hard-easy days.
