What ball to use for Ballet Physique?

I bought my Ballet Physique dvd second hand, so don't have the ball that came with it. What type of ball should I use for it? I'm assuming something like a playground ball or one of those slightly more grippy pilates balls from Five Below (holla is you know what this place is)? Thanks!

You're in for a treat, these are great DVDs. Very P57 like. Which one did you get?

I just use the small ball I got with this DVD (https://www.amazon.com/10-Minute-Sol...n+pilates+ball) that is very similar to other barre balls, in fact I think I got the same ball with an HSM purchase. I would think a regular playground ball would work great too.

I have the Amped Up one. Hoping to get Signature Sculpt too.

And thanks for the tip!

Huh, I can't remember where I got my BP DVDs! I use the barre3 or P57 balls since those are what I have.

I got the package when it came out and the ball is too large. It's like a kickball from way back! I also have a Bar Method ball which is similar in texture but smaller in size and I much prefer the squishy balls like the ones from Barre3. Any ball would do; it all comes down to preference for size and texture.
