Oh, that's scary. I'm sorry it happened to you. I hope you can get it resolved.

What if you do want to send back anything before your Free 21 day trial period is over? Do you just box it all back up and write return To Sender on the package or do you have to take it to the P.O. and pay the postage? They really should provide a free return shipping label like Zappos or something!

The one time I got something on trial I had to pay at the p.o. to send it back. I think the return label is a great idea too.

For those of you who didn't click order and got DVDs anyway, if Rodale isn't helpful, I'd dispute the charge with your credit card company. If you didn't click order, then you never agreed to be charged. I would think your credit card company would be willing to get involved. It's worth a phone call to ask, anyway.

Hi,

I think that is outrageous that they would charged your CC before you pressed "order" - I would file some sort of compliant about that!

Thanks for the info on the coupon code, I'm still on the fence, I think I will re-visit my QVC workouts and the Element workout and then decide if I need more. Or, maybe the way to go is to pay for the streaming site?

At least for me I didn't even put in any CC info. They are going to bill me at a later date. I hate to say, glad I am not the only one but this shouldn't have happened at all. sorry it has happened to others.

Maybe I will like the DVDs but I will never go to their site again. If anything I would have rather had Chris's DVDs.

So at this point I have noone to yell at but Rodale and not even sure what e-mail address to use for that. If anyone has any e-mail that has worked, please let me know.

Thanks

Hi,
I wonder if this is something for the Better Business Bureau or some such organization to investigate - there must be something that regulates commerce on the internet - even w/ pay me later - you should have to press "order"!!

I really enjoy Sadie, when I do barre, but I think I am going to pass on these for right now. BTY, I have ordered from Rodale in the past, several times, and have had no problem. Maybe the people who are running the shipping dept have changed...

Creepy...

this happened to me, too!! I put in my name/address just to see what prices were, if there was more info, etc, BUT I NEVER hit "confirm" or put any CC info. Next thing I know it's coming in the mail - to be billed later - but, still!! How did that happen? That just really CREEPS me out. Like Big Brother or something weird! Not to mention, unethical. Ok, rant over...

BTW: I emailed Barre3 to see if their website would be carrying them(or streaming) and they said NO, but the studios will have them and to contact your local (or closest) & they could mail to you if you are not close by.
B3's CS is GREAT!! I had a few questions for them & a billing issue and they responded promptly & were helpful.
