Ellen Barrett Question

Which of Ellen Barrett's DVDs are most similar to her original Crunch Fat Burning Pilates, Crunch Burn and Firm Pilates, Slim Sculpt, and Skinny Sculpt? I have those, but I'm wondering if there are any others like them. They are just right for me right now as I'm recovering from an injury.

I'm not sure if it's similar, but my favorite Ellen is Superfast Body Blast. Do you have Natalie Spadaccino's Sculpt and/or Cardio DVDs? She was a background exerciser for some of Ellen's workouts and I really like her DVDs too.

they're all pretty similar. a majority of the ones you mentioned use light weights - except for crunch FB pilates - that one is unweighted. most of ellen's workouts are primarily standing.

these use light weights:
Prevention Tone Every Inch (uses weights AND bands at the same time)
Self Bikini Ready Fast

Crunch Super Slimdown has a standing yoga segment and then a mat segment. it just uses body weight, no dumbbells needed.
