I don't currently have a way to scan it in and it is looong (12 weeks). I wonder if that is why no one else has responded yet. It's also on about a 15"x30" poster. I can type in the sections over time. I'll start with the first 8 weeks and if anyone is still interested, I can add the rest. With the exception of inserted Double XX Challenges on Mondays of weeks 4/8/12 and Card Body Challenges on Thursdays of weeks 4/8/12, there is a predictable repeating rotation for the most part HTH.

It has been so long since I did this rotation so my memories are not fresh. Seems like it was around 2012 or so? At the time, I didn't know much about the creator (Physical Therapist Jeff Cavaliere). I didn't revisit it because I have too many great sets including some that I like much better. But this may be the year. I just started a KB rotation (Skogg, RKS) but may consider another run of Athlean XX after that.

FYI--I did not do the card challenges or Double XX challenge tests on the rotation. The card challenges actually come from a deck of exercise cards that are included with the set. I prefer the simplicity of just popping in a dvd

Thank you so much for taking the time to type it out and share it!! I really appreciate it. Now I can use the set as planned. I saw an image on google image search for the calendar but it was far too blurry to make out most of it.

I guessed no one had the set anymore. It didn't seem too popular around here when it came out.
