Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Muscle Up has three total body premixes.
Full Body Workout (both workouts & abs) is 67 minutes long. Shorter Full Body Workout (2 sets of all exercises) is 49 minutes long. Muscle Up First Set Pump is 29 minutes long. There are eight reps of all but a few of the exercises. Things like abs, bridge work, and froggy squats have more reps.
