I plan to try Metabolic Blast this weekend, I too am not a huge fan of shoulder intense workouts but I will just go light if need be.
Overall, I have been really pleased with the set, but have used the short premixes mostly. I am not a fan of bands either but really like the band workout, go figure. I like Cathe but stick with mainly her beginner/intermediate workouts only so this is right up my alley. |

The tubing thread brought up Cathe's Basic Step and Body Fusion; I forgot all about that one. I'm going to try that this weekend to see if it I can use it as a Cathe 'primer'.
