I think a lot of us have used Strong Curves as part of a lifting program, and I know a couple of people have done it by the book for at least a couple of weeks. I'm not sure if anybody has used it exclusively for the full 12 weeks, without mashing it up with another program like NROL or kettlebells.

That said, I've incorporated the glute work into my own program, and yes, it is effective. I'm genetically very flat-bottomed and furthermore have issues with inactive glutes, and his approach is very helpful.

I basically either take his template and supplement it with NROL type work for upper body, or take a NROL program and add in his glute stuff.

I'm sure others have done their own mashups. I know people who have done it mostly "straight" have been fairly happy with it.
