If you receive a postal money order bring it and the envelope it came in to your local post office. They will have to confiscate it and send it to the postal inspectors.

So sorry you got scammed.

Thanks again everyone. I called my bank accounts since they use personal info to verify me, and they have updated my account.

Now that I have calmed down and feel better, I kind of wish I had gotten the check and then notified the authorities to see if they could track them from that.

I'm glad you didn't get scammed. Someone called not too long ago about some insurance or something like that and I said my name was Gary (even though I'm female). I also said that I have a problem with ******* itching. I asked the guy could he help with that. I'm so sick of scammers and telemarketers. He said get a medic alert or some cream. I said, "Thanks for that information" and hung up.
