Janice Lennard has 2 new workouts
They are : chair yoga and tai chi
Her website is newly designed and gorgeous. Her dvds are still available. The chair workout and tai chi workout are available for 24.95 for 3 month access. I would love to buy them as dvds. sigh. dnna |

I like her 3 DVDs. As I remember they are an hour long. I don't use them often, as I like to do like pilates, barre or yoga in combination with other workouts, so like these kinds of workouts like to be about 30 minutes.

Wow! I didn’t realize she’s 79! I, too, have her other workouts. This reminds me I need to pull them out.

I also have her other three workouts and don't use because of the length. She is so elegant, graceful and so inspiring. Her workouts are lovely and I just need to pull them out and commit to just doing one per month.
